Good afternoon. I need your help recovering a Box account that was suddenly closed. I don't have access to the linked email address because it was disabled, and although I requested that it be enabled, my request was denied.I have very important documents in Box and I need to recover them, please.

Box does not have the ability to help you regain access to your email account. You will need access to the email address associated with your account to change your account password. We appreciate your cooperation in helping to protect your account against unauthorized access.

Logged in to box to a messagesaying my password was out of date, and that I needed to reset. Big issue, I cannot get the reset email because I lost access to Gmail the message is going to.
What do i do here? Help please.
