I need to submit a ticket how can I do that

Your ability to join in different Box support channels will vary according to your account type. As for individual Box user, you would need to upgrade to create a support ticket. 

Good news is that, you could always use this forum to seek help in regards to your Box account in particular to your file recovery, and I’ll be more than willing to assist. 

Regarding the deleted files, do you mind giving more information? 

• The file that you need to restore, are you recovering your own or collaborated file? 
• If it’s the latter, please reach out to the file owner and restore it in trash/bin icon. 
• When was the deletion date?
