I need support for the product me and my customer just purchased. I need something simple but cant just open a ticket. My SSO just needs a new meta data file and tells me to contact support but I have no way to do so.
Its concerning that it was very easy to get in touch with Sales but once you have our money we cant get help.
I hope this is just a fluke.
