I need to contact a humanworking for BOX being to ask a question

I really find it troublesome that there is not an easy way to contact BOX customer service.  I may not be seeing the obvious, but everytime I try to get help about a service related question, I find myself in sent back to the customers commuinity. I want to buy more room but I do not need more licenses. where can I get help from a BOX employee. Thanks to for your help
