I need to change my email address - Please help!

Hello there.

This is my second post, since there isn't any helpful response to the first one I posted here https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/11437795272595-How-to-change-my-email-address-

I am using an individual account and would like to change the email associated with it. Currently there is not option in the settings to add a new email or change my current one.

Your colleague told me to add a new email, but there isn't any option for that.

Can you help me? Thanks in advance.

It wasn't clear from your instructions. I managed to do that by linking another email to my account.
