I have deleted a folder by mistake from my box and this happened from one year nearly, I can’t found it in the trash , If I upgrade my account , could I restore this folder ? And if it yes which plan should I upgrade to restore this folder ?

When Box purges your trashed content there is still a 14-day grace period for paying customers, during which Product Support can recover the deleted content. Unfortunately, this recovery grace period does not apply to Free accounts. File recovery is not supported for our Free Individual plan and upgrading the account won't restore the deleted folder either. I apologize.
