Every time I share a folder or file via Box links, the users who receive it tell me that they don't have a Box account and can't download the files. This is because every time someone clicks on download, you show them a window asking them to log in, even though the download starts invisibly. Users don't realize this, which is inconvenient and wastes my time explaining how the platform works over and over again. I've been doing this for YEARS, and I am ABSOLUTELY TIRED OF HAVING TO DO THIS. Could you please stop trying to capture other users through this misleading and annoying method? THANK YOU.
Question
I'm tired of having to explain to other users that they don't need an account to download the files I share.
