I’m experiencing consistent failures when trying to download folders (as ZIP) or upload files via the Box Web App.
Details:
- Single file downloads work fine.
- Folder ZIP downloads stop at 0 B/s.
- File uploads fail immediately.
- Tested with multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge), multiple accounts, and even different PCs — same issue.
- Box Drive works fine.
- Google Drive uploads and ZIP downloads work fine on the same network.
Suspected issue:
- Connection problem with dl.boxcloud.com or upload.box.com servers.
Could you please check if there is an issue with the CDN node or upload API in my region (Japan)?
