Question

I lost my phone and can't get my two-factor authentication code

A different email address is registered to BOX.
I know the username and password.
When logging in, I'm asked for a two-factor authentication code, but I think the code is stored on my lost phone.
I would like to temporarily disable two-factor authentication on my BOX. How can I do this?
There is no administrator
