Hello,

Box tells me that I don't have enough storage - I do.  Other articles suggest that you can only fix this through box.  But, I can't seem to actually get to a place to submit request.  How do I get help?

It looks like you are uploading a file to a collaborated folder which owner reached the allocated storage. You need to contact them directly.

Thank you for researching that for me.  So, if I understand correctly - the other folders would be good, but this one is too full?  I will go poke around with that.  Thank you for steering me towards the answer.

I was asked to upload a document to GEICO insurance via a Box link. I created an account, and uploaded one document, and when I tried to upload the document to the shared folder, it said I did not have enough storage. This is extremely time sensitive.
