I Keep receiving this Message: Oops! Something went wrong. Please contact your IT administrator if you continue to run into this issue.

I keep receiving this message: “Oops! Something went wrong. Please contact your IT administrator if you continue to run into this issue.” I am unable to access my files. This is a private account so I do not have an IT administrator. I usually use Box Drive and am unable to access files from either Box Drive or the browser. Have logged in and out etc.

      Same! I invited one of our members to share, he couldn’t get in to the folder I had created for him, and now - although I can see all of my folders - I can’t access any of th em.

      They added this on the status page just now:

       

      Investigating - Our team is investigating an issue with Box Webapp. Users may experience intermittent failures when loading the "All files" page and subfolders. We will provide additional information as it becomes available.
