To help you fix this error, did you already tried the following? 

• Log out and log in to the Box website? 
• Please try your alternate browser. 
• Clear your browser's cache and cookies.

• Check your firewall if configured. 
• Disable plugins,add-ons,extensions in multiple browsers.
