I cancelled my Box account one month ago.

I even got a confirmation email saying my account would be de-activated.

Yet, I still got billed!

This wreaks of fraudulence.

I'm going on social media to vent and tell all my followers.

The cancellation team has done NOTHING.

They still haven't refunded my $543.

What more do I need to say?

I cancelled my account one month ago.

PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY ASAP.

Please help me!
