I just switched from a Free Account to a Paid Subscription and now all my exisitng files are missing.

Welcome to Box Community, and we’re going assist find your missing files! 

 

While you transition from personal to Business Starter, your Box contents will be inaccessible during that period. The total wait time may vary and it can last up to 24 hours. 

Meanwhile, it shows that your upgrade happened a couple of days back, could we get a confirmation that your contents are now accessible?
