QR code stayed on my account and it was unable to set up 2FA with email and SMS even if I changed the setting.
I could resolve this while I am waiting to reach out to your support. Google authenticator (Free) and Microsoft authenticator (Free) works for android phones. When I download either of these app from the google play, the other paid authenticator popped up above these app even I typed the search correctly. And it tried me to use the paid one. That's why I got stuck.
