I have no content on BOX so I am unable to download any assets. Has this happened to anyone else? Who should I contact for help? Thanks.

Welcome to Box Community, and we’ll explain how you could download files. 

You can only download a Box file or folder once granted with download permission. To get this access, the folder owner or the collaborator with share access should initiate this. 

 

There are two ways you could get download access: 

  1. By inviting you as collaborator.
  2. Sending you a shared link (Box generated URL link).
