Tested all other folders and can see the number of files in each folder. When I select the folder, I can Upload a new file but no other options. I have tested and can upload a file and see the file in the folder. However, none of the other files are visible.

I have editor status and cannot download files

I am experiencing the same issue, where the files shared to my group does not allow me to download. My status in this group is "Previewer Uploader" if that helps.
