I have deleted tons of files in my 100gb account including the trash bin. When I try to upload a file, I still get this error message "Account storage limit reached". What's up?


Can't find any support help desk to run the account storage size script as talked about in previous Box user complaints about this same issue as seen here: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/6808186700691-Account-storage-limit-reached

Hello? How come no response after a week?


I deleted the file old versions by DELETE /files/:file_id/versions/:file_version_id API ,

but the size of the folder which stores the file doesn’t seems to be released, from the information of the API the old versions moved to trash  but why the space doesn’t release?

as this reason, storage limit reached occurred often,

and the adjusting file version can be only apply on enterprise , specific folder is not available, 

what can we do to release the space !!!
