I have a problem with my account; it's not loading the content I have in my account.

I have a second Box account with a different email address, and when I log in, nothing I have saved appears. This happens using the desktop search function. On the other hand, I tried using the Android app, and the files load fine through it. Please, I need help… thanks in advance

You mentioned that you have two different Box accounts, and you’re trying to access your Box contents in two different machines (Desktop and Mobile device). 

 

Let us ensure that you’re looking at the right Box account that has access to the Box file or folder: 

  1. Make sure that in both the desktop and android device, you are logged in to the same Box account. 
  2. In your desktop, are you trying to access your contents through your local Box folder or in the Box website?
    • To access your local Box folder, install Box Drive and log in. 
    • Please make sure that you are logged in the same Box account as the one in your Box for Android.
