I have a new email address I need it changed

In order to assist you with this request we must have confirmation from the account email on record. 

If you can’t access the email address associated with the Box account, we recommend either reaching out to the email service provider (ESP) to regain access to the email account or creating a new account. For additional guidance please review our support guide on Logging in to Box.

Box does not have the ability to help you regain access to the email account. You will need access to the email address associated with the account to change the account password. 

We appreciate your cooperation in helping to protect the account against unauthorized access.
