I have a link that i have been using for years but recently when i click to open it it either gives me a blank page or it says website cannot be found

Kindly contact the sender/owner of this shared link to re-share the correct URL link for you to access the Box content. 

As for the sender/owner of the link. To get the shared link URL: 

1. In your Box files view, hover your cursor over the row of the file or folder you wish to share.
2. On the right, click (Create and) Copy Shared Link. 

    

• The Shared Link window opens. The link automatically copies to your clipboard.

That's it.  You can now paste that link into the app of your choice -- email, messaging, and so on -- to share your content.
