I have a business plan account and cannot create a support ticket.  I clicked on everything for a long time and I can only reach the support forum.   I tried everything I found on the support forum and still cannot connect to create a support ticket.  If anyone can please assist me.

We’ve made the changes in the back end to fix this issue. And going forward, you should now be able to create a new case through this support link
