I got the mobile app to get free ADITIONAL 10Gb but it did not work

Hi,

I've received your email and it said that if I downloaded the Box Mobile App in August I would get a bonus of 10GB of storage for free. Despite I installed it on my iPhone, I didn't get the bonus 10GB yet

Please help
