I feel misled and falsely advertised to. "Unlimited" needs to have a more clear definition in your advertising materials. You can't claim it's unlimited when there's a 1TB per month limit.

I signed up specifically to rescue 10 hard drives from various computers ranging from 5-10 years old, each of which are 4TB-5TB. and I specifically purchased this plan for our business knowing that it was advertised with unlimited storage and needing that unlimited storage to rescue 40-50TB of data from these drives and ensure it doesn’t get lost due to not being able to manage that much data locally anymore. Nowhere in this entire marketing and advertising funnel did we encounter a single reference to this 1TB/month limit imposed by the unfair use policy. You need to make it clear this is not a service for rescuing old hard drives for businesses because that’s literally what I purchased it for and your definition of “unlimited” would have us take 40-50 months to upload all this, when time is of the essence, these drives will not last forever and they could die in the meantime while you’re imposing this limit on an unlimited plan.
