I don't see the file request feature and confirmed I have the Enterprise version of Box

I don’t see the  file request button on my Box Enterprise version as I did in my trial Business license. I recently upgraded to the Enterprise version. What am I missing? All the settings are there.

Go to Admin Console → Enterprise Settings → Content & Sharing tab → Scroll down to “File Request” and confirm that File Request is enabled and the associated parameters are configured correctly.
