I did not authorize an authentication

Good afternoon, I am the IT person for a company. One of the lawyers has been prompted for authentication since this morning, but we never went through the process to have an authenticator, and we don't even know which application is used for this. I need to deactivate that option as soon as possible; we urgently need access to that box
