I Deleted Files but my storage did not still says full.

Kindly help me please i deleted many file but my storage is the same ..even the trash is deleted.. Thank you in advance..

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
