I deleted files (and emptied trash) and still my BOX account says I am at capacity.

I deleted lots of files and emptied the TRASH and still BOX says I am at the 10GB capacity and does not let me upload any more files.

 

HELP!!!!!!!

I understand your concern regarding the storage issue. Sometimes, even after deleting content and emptying the trash, the storage bar may still show as full due to display inaccuracies. These inaccuracies do not affect your actual data. Storage calculations exclude trash, and updates to storage usage can take from an hour up to a week to reflect correctly, especially with complex folder structures. Please allow some time for the system to update your storage usage.

 

If the aggregate is still incorrect after 24 hours, please let me know so I can further assist you with this.
