Hi, I've deleted all of my files - over a month ago - and Box still says it's full. Unsure how to proceed, this is confusing.

it seems there's a problem since few days, and my Box saying that my storage is full, but it's not true

At this time, I didn't find a solution and can't sync my data, that is a big problem over my workflow :/

The data storage in your account has been cleared up and it should now display the correct storage space.
