I couldn't upgrade to buisiness plus plan

I am using a Box free plan account and would like to upgrade to a Business Plus plan.
However, I am getting an error on the screen where I enter my credit card information and cannot proceed. I use a Sumitomo Mitsui Card (Japanese company) Purchasing Card. There is no problem with the status of my card.
Can support help me with the upgrade process?
