I closed the Microsoft Office online editing session, but still see: "This file is being edited with Box for Office for web. You can still edit this file at the same time."

No other editors have the document open. I cleared my cache and cookies, logged out and back into Box, and still see this message. It's preventing me from editing the document in Word on my desktop. Anyone else run into this issue and find a solution?
