I cannot upload any new files

It says I have 10 GB of space, but that 10.5 GB of space are being used. But I have no files uploaded and nothing in my trash.

When you mentioned that no files are uploaded, do you mean that there’s nothing in the “All Files” section, nor any files that you own stored in your Box account?

 

Also, to confirm the storage used and limit for your account:

  1. Log into Box via http://app.box.com/login.
  2. Click your account icon in the upper-right-hand corner.
  3. Select Account Settings from the menu that displays.
  4. Scroll down to the Account details and check Storage Used.
