Some files have a red dot. When I upload it via the website, it says, I don't have enough space. But I still have more than 50% of usable space. Experienced this 4 years ago too.
Also, please make sending a ticket easier. I feel it unnecesary and not useful for the community if we post all concerns here and the only response we see is that you have created a ticket. If there is that system, I couldn't find it. thank you.

Your Box desktop app's functionality is dependent on the quota eligibility of the folder owner. The maximum file size limit for this account is based on the folder owner’s account type.
Please log in to box.com and confirm the folder owner, as the user has already reached his/her storage limit.
