I need to set up 2 factor authentication to use Box on Chrome or Firefox it seems. I cannot login without it taking me to that page. I tried to setup up on edge, where I can log-in, and I get to the point it is generating a QR code for me to scan but none ever appears. Please advise.

I am not sure why this went away but it did. I was able to scan it now.
Jumped the gun on this. While I was able to enable 2 factor authentication, it does not work on chrome or firefox. And on edge it never asks for the authentication so I am not sure it works here either.

You can follow these troubleshooting steps to address your authentication issue.
- Please ensure your web browser is the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge
- Try clearing your browser's cache. If this does not resolve your issue, please proceed to the next step.
- Verify that you are using one of our recommended operating systems.
- Lastly, you may try to disable and enable your Multi-Factor Authentication.

None of these were successful. I am trying to use Chrome on Windows 11. I now have the latest version. I cleared the cache. I disabled and reenabled a couple times. Please advise.
