I cannot see files my clients are uploading and they can't see mine.

It appears your clients are invited as collaborators but have not accepted the collaboration invitations yet. This causes their status to remain “pending” and prevents them from uploading files that you can see immediately.

1. Please confirm if they accpeted the invitations, users must accept collaboration invites before gaining access to folders. If they do not accept, their status remains pending and they cannot upload or view content properly

2. Please keep in mind that invitations can also expire. Collaboration invitations expire after 30 days if not accepted. You may need to re-invite clients and ensure they accept promptly.

3. Your clients may be uploading via File Request Link, if clients are using a File Request link (not direct folder collaboration), uploads go into a designated folder but clients cannot see other uploaded files or folders. 

4. Verify in your Box account that the clients are listed as collaborators with appropriate permission levels and that their invitations are accepted.

5. Have your clients, look for pending invitations and we’ve provided the instructions below. 

To find and resolve a pending invitation:

1. In the left menu of your Box account window, click All Files.
2. In the pending invitations panel under ACTION REQUIRED, hover on the name of a file or folder.
3. To see details about the invitation, click the ellipses, "...", and select View Details.
4. To decline the invitation, click the ellipses, "...", and select Decline All.
5. To accept the invitation and gain access to the project's content, click Accept.
