Hi!


I was able to register and open my Box account but unfortunately I cannot access any files. Whenever I try to open a file, the following message appears: “We’re sorry, we can’t preview this file type in your web browser. To view this content please download and open it on your device.”


I tried opening the files using both Google Chrome and Safari web browsers but unfortunately I was unsuccessful. Also, I cannot access the download option in the Box.


I hope you can help me with this.
