I lost access to my old email and that's why I can't log into my Box account. What should I do in order to resrore access to my Box account?

Hello,

to regain access to your Box account after losing access to your old email, contact Box support and explain your situation. Verify your identity by providing necessary details, then request to jetnet aa update your account with a new email address. Follow the instructions sent to your new email to complete the process and restore access.
