I have the free plan for box and my employer is trying to give me access to folders with my files on it. Everytime I try and click the email that gets sent out to gain access to the data, the folders and files do not show up.
If i create the folder and have them try to add files, it wont allow it due to file size. How can I gain access here? I should at least be able to see the folders shared to me if the files are too big, but I cannot.
