I can login but can't access files necessary to do my work. I was just in BOX yesterday and this issue came up this morning. I CANNOT work without access to the files. Please assist.

Here are some troubleshooting steps to try:

1. Make sure that the browser is up to date
2. Clear the browsing history or use a different browser
3. Temporary disable plugins/extensions, firewall, and VPN
4. Check if your firewall is configured for Box apps
5. Try to connect to a different network
6. Reach out to the folder owner and request that they remove you as a collaborator and then invite you back as a collaborator.

I do not have access to the procedure "GEHC Accepting gifts & Entertainment procedure" whose link is in the document "conflicts of interest policy" of GE HEALTHCARE.

The error message is as follows
