I can't upload files & I get a message that my storage is full - But I don't have any files!!

Seems that you're working on a shared folder, please note that each folder's storage allocation will be counted against its owner's storage. 


At this rate, you can contact the folder owner and make sure he/she has free storage for your upload(s).
