I need customer support, my box drive is not updating. I only use box on browser and for 2 weeks now I can't upload anything, not even a picture.
I received a notification reminding me I have low storage, but 15GB should be enough for a picture.

We'd love to further assist! 


I was able to upload files on Chrome, it looks like the problem is on Safari to the point I can't even download.
