I can't upload all files.

I am having the issue - according to display but the storage space in web browser there is 4.2 GB out of 10.0 GB used.
I deleted all files but the storage space in not reclaimed.
Disk space usage seems to be incorrect.

    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    I've ran the script for your account again that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used. You should now see the correct storage size available in your Box, and be able to upload more files.
