I can't upgrade my plan from invidual to the Starter plan

Question

When i upgrade my plan from invidual to the Starter plan, it has error as above 要求の処理中にエラーが発生しました。お客様のアカウントでさらに認証が必要です。support.box.comでチケットを送信してください。
("An error occurred during the request processing. Further authentication is required for your account. Please submit a ticket at support.box.com.")Please help me.
