After upgrading my plan from Personal Pro to Business Plus, I can browse folders, but not files. I'm having a hard time because it's all very important data.

When I upgraded my plan, the previous folders and file are not shown when I logged into my account.
I have the same problem. Last Friday I upgraded my account from basic to personal pro but now I can see only my folder but not my files! It's a very very big problem for me!
