I can open and edit files from box.com, but when I try to open them from BoxDrive Explorer, I get the message "Access Denied" and can't open the files. I've tried reinstalling and restarting multiple times, but it hasn't helped. What should I do?

Before we begin to troubleshoot, we have a few questions related to your error:
- What is the exact error message shown in Box Drive? It’d be helpful if you could attach a screenshot.
- Could you check if you’re logged in on the same account in the Box website and Box Drive?
- What is the Operating System running in your machine?
- What is the Box Drive version?
- Is the error only affecting your shared file or own file, or both?
- Kindly check whether the path/filename might be very long or contain a trailing space or special character.

I have attached a screenshot of the error message.
The answers to my questions are as follows:
- I'm logged in to Box website and Box drive with the same account.
- The operating system is Windows.
- Box drive version is 2.47.174
- I only have shared files, so I don't know if the error occurs with my own files.
-I previously fixed the path/file name and the problem was solved, but since I changed computers, I can no longer access it again.
Actually, I was able to access it five hours after starting work yesterday, but I was unable to access it again this morning.
