While attempting to login, I encounter the requirement to enter a code from an authenticator app. I assume this uses Google Authenticator? If so, the code it provides returns an invalid error. If not, what app should I use? I've logged in before, but now cannot access my account. I contacted the receptionist at Product Support but was told to post here instead. Help?
