Hey, I tried to add collaborators to a folder I created and I got this message "Something went wrong with your request. Please try to invite collaborators again". I've tried multiple times, logged out and back in, and it still doesn't. I tried to go to contact box support but I'm not able to connect to anyone and this is the only option i was given. Can someone please help me with my account?

We have previously seen this error in the past if too many collaborators are being invited at a time, and too many invites being made within a certain timeframe. This is expected behavior, because of the measures Box has taken to protect our service.
In order to resolve your situation, we recommend that you decrease the amount of collaborators invited at a time and limit the number of invites sent per day.
