Hi,


I'm trying to set up MFA, but I keep encountering errors with each option:



  • App: QR code doesn't load.


  • SMS: Phone number is invalid (I added the correct prefix and phone number).


  • Email: Email is invalid.

I'm stuck here. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm sorry you're having trouble with the MFA setup. Here are some quick steps to try: my points 



  1. QR Code Issue: Try re-generating the QR code. If that doesn't work, contact your admin to reset MFA for your account.




  2. SMS Issue: Ensure the phone number is correct and not blocked. If it still doesn't work, ask your admin to reset MFA settings.




  3. Email Issue: Double-check the email address for typos. If it's correct, contact your admin to check if there are any issues with your email settings.
