Why am I not being allowed to add a second email?

You cannot use an email address from an unverified domain as your secondary email address. Ask your admin to validate the domain you want to use or contact your Box support representative.

Hello, i have similar problem. I tried to send an email to Box Support but i can't find proper email. Could you please help me?
