I can't access the pro support

I already had an account on box and deleted it. So now I created a new account, subscribed to the paid plan and I have a problem, but when I try to go to support (https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) the support system looks for the data of the other account that I already deleted (which didn't have the subscription) wow I'm furious
